BECG and Viridor will use your data to:

BECG acts on behalf of Viridor to run public consultation activities.

We are undertaking a two-stage consultation programme, hosting two virtual exhibitions, on this website, to provide interested parties with detailed information about the proposals and to enable them to record their comments via the online feedback form (found above and on the virtual exhibition).

A newsletter providing details of the consultation was issued to the closest 3,800 addresses to the site, which included some of Kirkmuirhill and Swinhill and all of Stonehouse and Draffan. You can download a copy of the newsletter by clicking the link below.

  • Thursday 18th February 2021 – 2pm to 6pm
  • Thursday 25th February 2021 – 4pm to 8pm

The second virtual exhibition (the first exhibition will also remain live) will be online from 1st April 2021, with two live chat events taking place on:

Feedback from this consultation process will be used to help inform the final design and assessments.

All comments and feedback* will be included in our pre-application consultation (PAC) report that will be submitted to South Lanarkshire Council as part of the planning application.

Should you wish to order paper copies of the information contained within the virtual exhibition and feedback form please call us on 0800 098 8157 or email us at enquiries@overwooderf.com
